National Lazy Day
"Let's do this. Let's be l-a-Zzzzzz."
Today is National Lazy Day. AND it happens to be a Friday to boot. DOUBLE win. It's also National S'mores Day... which kinda defeats the whole being lazy thing.
I can't do it. Guilt and a sink full of dishes nag me into action. I can be lazy for half an hour, hour tops. And even then I have to convince myself I deserve it. Sigh. I am a Martha, wanting to be a Mary.
I can't do it. Guilt and a sink full of dishes nag me to action. I can be lazy for an hour tops. I blame my mother, who wasn't lazy a day of her life. Even on her deathbed she was praying her imaginary rosary and telling us how much detergent to put in the washing machine.

I like the idea of a National Lazy Day. I did about an hour of work this morning. But have played on my iPod quite a lot.
